Prior to coming to Dubai in 1998, Errol in his previous avatar used to sing (while in Mumbai), for well known pop band's "Rhythm Revivals" and "Fusion" . The band's being highly popular, they used to frequently play for many weddings and ceremonial celebrations, Dances and the like. Errol was highly influenced by some of the top MC's of Mumbai that he used to watch and learn from while at these events. this influence can be clearly seen in his style and method of hosting and organizing a celebration today.​​

Since 2001, Errol has been master of ceremonies for many a wedding, First holy communion, Christening or even Silver Wedding. having hosted scores of these events in Dubai, Mumbai & Mangalore over the last decade and more.​

Errol sits in with betrothed couples and families from the earliest point of co-ordination, assisting in micro managing the schedule and agenda, offering suggestions to enhance the event as well as plug pitfalls and errors that could occur during the celebrations.  He also helps plan games, ideas and entertainment.
