Errol has conducted many a festival, association event and public event since his first fiesta in Nad Al Shiba in December 1999, since then it has always been a roller coaster of appearances from College Alumini together's, to community do's, Errol has played a significant part in all.

What works best in his favour is his ability to communicate and relate to individuals of all ages, cultures and strata. from doing spot competitions, to running large contests, working with organisers to plan and run talent contests and shows, Errol fits the role like a glove, effortlessly conducting and managing the stage with panache and energy. He is known to have whipped crowds into a frenzy and got the most introvert of people to bring out the best in themselves

Errol has also performed and managed the stage at Dubai Government based events such as the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) and the "Rethink Waste - Be Responsible" public  awareness campaign conducted by the Dubai Chamber Sustainability Network.
